CMCG in Partnership with Promising People -- R.I.S.E.

Correctional Management & Communications Group, LLC, (CMCG), Promising People (PP) and Reclaiming the Land Ministries have joined forces to launch a new job training and replacement program C.P.R. R.I.S.E. Reclaiming Independence through Skilled Employment. A workforce training and development program for veterans and justice-impacted individuals.

Challenge:

Across the United States critical labor shortages in construction, hospitality, agriculture, healthcare, are growing exacerbated by the deportation of undocumented workers. At the same time, veterans and justice-impacted individuals continue to face barriers to employment, despite possessing transferable skills and untapped potential.

Our Solution:

CPR RISE is a comprehensive job training and placement initiative that transforms lives by connecting veterans and formally incarcerated individuals with meaningful, skilled careers in high demand sectors.

Key Features of the Program:

• Targeted training aligned with industry standards and local labor demands.
• Certifications/apprenticeship in construction, hospitality, healthcare support, logistics and more.
• Wrap around support service for housing, transportation, counseling and legal aid.
• Job placement partnerships (public and private) contractors, unions, etc.
• Peer mentorship led by veterans and successful returning citizens.
